Scope of Service
Skayva Elevators provides installation, assembly, and maintenance services for various types of elevators, including villa and residential elevators, commercial elevators, freight elevators, panoramic elevators, elevators for people with special needs, and other types shown on the website’s pages. The details of each project (measurements, load capacity, number of stops, and building type) differ from one client to another, and the final scope of work is therefore defined in the written price quote issued to the client after the site survey.
Quote Requests and Pricing
Prices shown or mentioned on the website’s pages are approximate figures for general guidance only, and do not constitute a final or binding price offer. The actual, final price is determined after a site visit or a review of the project plans, and a written quote is sent to the client by mail, WhatsApp, or email before any work begins. No agreement is considered binding until the client has expressly approved the final price quote.
Client Obligations
The client is obligated to provide accurate information about the site and the project, and to facilitate the work team’s access to the location for the survey and installation on the agreed dates, as well as to pay the financial installments according to the schedule specified in the price quote. The client also bears responsibility for any structural modifications requested after execution has begun, which may affect the project’s timeline or total cost.
Skayva Elevators Obligations
Skayva Elevators is committed to carrying out work in accordance with the quality and safety standards recognized in the elevator industry, using parts and equipment matching the specifications agreed upon in the price quote, and notifying the client of any delay or postponement affecting the project’s timeline as early as possible.
Warranty and Maintenance
Our services include a warranty period on the installation and elevator equipment as specified in each project’s individual contract, with the warranty period varying depending on the type of elevator and equipment used. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized third-party intervention in the equipment. The client may request a separate maintenance contract after the warranty period ends to keep the elevator performing well and safely over the long term.
Payment and Invoicing
Payment is agreed upon through the payment method and installment schedule (an advance payment, interim payments, and a final payment upon handover) set out in the written price quote for each project. Skayva Elevators issues an official invoice for every installment received.
Cancellation and Modification of Orders
The client has the right to request cancellation or modification of the project before actual execution begins, by contacting us directly. If the request is cancelled after purchasing, manufacturing, or assembly work has begun, the costs already incurred or ordered may be deducted, depending on the project’s stage at the time of cancellation.
Intellectual Property of Website Content
All text, images, designs, and trademarks appearing on the skayva.sa website are owned by or licensed to Skayva Elevators, and may not be copied or reused commercially without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
